The Classics


Our version of the classic wedge includes bleu cheese, red onion and crumbled bacon over a bed of ice cold iceberg lettuce, dressed with our famous bleu cheese dressing and chopped to perfection.


A chilled salad of fresh tomatoes, beets, feta cheese, and red onion, tossed in a bed of iceberg, mixed with our own Greek feta dressing.


An elegant classic with romaine lettuce, shaved parmesan cheese and hearty croutons mixed in our Caesar dressing.

The Signatures


A chilled combination of salami, ham, banana peppers, mozzarella and provolone cheeses over a bed of crisp romaine, topped with olive oil and red wine vinaigrette.


What do you get when you add the trio of romaine, spinach, and iceberg to crumbled bacon, egg, red onion, broccoli, sunflower seeds, chow mein noodles, and honey mustard dijon? Perfection!

Alaskan King

Crab, broccoli, peas, and chow mein noodles are gently chopped in a bed of spinach and topped with our wasabi dressing. This is one salad into which you want to dive deep.

The Specialties


A spectacular and flavorful blend of red onion, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, garbanzo beans, tomatoes, carrots and dried cranberries, tossed in a bed of spinach and romaine lettuce, and mixed in fat free raspberry vinaigrette.


We combine fresh pulled turkey, crunchy bacon, cheddar cheese, romaine lettuce and roma tomatoes and drizzle it with balsamic basil vinaigrette. This is one club that doesn’t require a membership.


A refreshing combination of chicken fajita, mandarin oranges, almonds and chow mein noodles over a mix of romaine and spinach, topped with a flavorful sesame ginger dressing.

The Gourmets


A Detroit classic combines iceberg lettuce with fresh turkey breast, ham and provolone cheese topped with our own special Maurice dressing and garnished with sweet gherkin pickles.


A Southwest blend of chilled iceberg lettuce, black beans, corn, tomatoes and cheddar cheese with crushed Doritos and fajita chicken mixed in our own Mexican Ventura dressing.


A classic combination of a hard boiled egg, avocado, bleu cheese, tomatoes, crumbled bacon, and fresh turkey breast over a bed of crisp romaine and iceberg lettuce, topped with our special chardonnay vinaigrette.
